The NYC Department of City Planning’s (DCP) Housing Database Project-Level Files contain all NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)-approved housing construction and demolition jobs filed or completed in NYC since January 1, 2010. All previously released versions of this data are available in the BYTES Archive. Click here to access an interactive guide to the 2020 Census geographic reconfiguration. All 20 Census and related statistical geographies can be found in the new Census section. 2020 Census redistricting data are published using these geographies. Neighborhood Tabulation Areas (NTA), which approximate neighborhoods, have been updated for 2020 and now nest within CDTAs. City Planning has introduced a new statistical geography, called Community District Tabulation Areas (CDTA), which closely approximate NYC’s 59 Community Districts.
